New Horizons Homes, Inc. The Matthew Lane Spec Home is an example of a spec home that we have done previously. It is located in a great established neighborhood in Marion. Part of our intention was to have the home fit into the surrounding neighborhood. These pictures were taken after the homeowner lived in the house for about a year and asked that we come over to see how she had "finished" the interior. Her belief was that by buying our home she had the left over money to enable her to finish the interior professionally the way she wanted to live in it.
